CUBIC-HV allows whole-organ cellular function analysis. The NMDA receptor antagonist MK-801 (or saline) was administered to wild-type mice. Whole-brain c-Fos antibody staining was then carried out using the CUBIC-HV method. The first and third panel show the saline-treated group (the right two panels have a filter applied to enhance visualisation). The second and fourth panel show the MK-801 treated group.
